He was probably one of the strongest and hardest football player I have ever Coached. I would even go as far as to say he was probably one of the best linebackers to ever wear the purple and Gold. I was truly shocked and deeply saddened to hear the news of Mike's passing.  I can't express enough how heartbroken I am for the entire Tooley family.  He will be missed by the many people who were fortunate enough to have met him, and more specifically, got to know him.
