Patricia Ann Condon

Passed away peacefully at her residence in her 85th year. Survived by her devoted brother-in-law Jack Taylor, her nieces Maureen (Don), Julia (John), Rochelle (Tony), Kathleen (Neil) and Joan (Ken), her nephews Dave (Nancy), John (Sandra) and Michael (Rita), and her grand nieces and nephews Robin, Tasha, Alex, Jacquelin, Chris, Mike, Taylor, Kevan, Nicholas, Austin, Mitchel, Liam, Mitchell, Reid, Lucas, and Madeline. She was predeceased by her twin sister Joan Marie (1935), her brother Jack (1985), her sister-in-law June (2014), her sister Adrienne (2010), her nephew Chris (1983), and her parents Gordon (1967) and Dorothy (1977). Pat worked her entire career as a registered nurse, principally as assistant head nurse on 5B at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. She was a devoted sister and much beloved aunt, a prolific family photographer who always seemed like she would live forever. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, March 22nd from 10:30 a.m. until time of Memorial Service in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s memory may be made to the SickKids Foundation.
