I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Peter's passing. We were high school friends, and I feel so very fortunate that we were able to reconnect recently. Peter was a bright spark in this world. He will be missed.

My condolences to his beloved mother, and the stepchildren and brothers, of whom he spoke so fondly.  
He was a true friend during our high school years at Eastdale, and I am so glad we recently reconnected. I loved hearing the stories about his wife, step-children, mother and brothers.  I had hoped for many more years of friendship, and now feel robbed. 
Peter, you left us too soon. 
I hope his family can find solace in knowing how much he loved them, and how proudly he spoke of each of you.

I had the good fortune of knowing Peter. He was a keen competitive guy, who always gave his best. He was quick with a smile and he could tell a great joke. I offer my condolences to his family.

Whether it was one of the many Sears football trips he invited me to attend or our hockey team's tourney in Halifax back in the late '70's. He was the top goaltender. My fondest memories are from our glory days on the Patte's Paints ball hockey team. He was a great teammate and an even better friend. My condolences to the entire O'Brien family. He will be truly missed, RIP Arm.

My best memory of Pete is after a playoff loss. Pete was crying though it was no fault of his, such was his passion for the game. That moment is burned in my memory. Pete had true character, he cared. I will never forget you, my friend.

Shocked to hear the sad news.  I had the pleasure of working with Brian at Sears. He was truly a lovely man who enjoyed life. The sudden news of his passing is sad indeed. My condolences to his family he will be missed.

So, very sad to hear of Peters sudden passing he will be missed.  I have  wonderful memories of Peter while living next door to the O'Brien's for many years on Wychwood Street. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family during this most difficult time.

I too was shocked and saddened on hearing of Peter's passing. I worked with Peter at Sears and he was always full of energy and usually had a joke to tell.

Peter treated me like a Brother while staying at the O'Briens while playing for the Oshawa Generals, we played Ball Hockey , Golf and some Hockey together and cant forgot the laughs we had at the Tartan after the games . My sincerest condolences to Dora, Kevin, Robert, Taylor and Rebecca. I've known Peter (Arm) since our days at Eastdale Collegiate back in the 70's. I have many memories and stories to draw upon that bring a smile to my face. Arm played baseball with us during our Rager days. He played infield like he was playing goal; creative and effective!
RIP Arm, you will be missed.

My prayers and thoughts are with his family. I worked with Peter at Sears and he was always the first one to crack a joke and make you laugh when you were in a bad mood. He will be sadly missed.
