Passed away at Lakeridge Health – Oshawa, with family by his side on Wednesday, December 23rd, 2015, at the age of 84. Beloved husband of June. Loving father of Ralph, Sandra, Brenda (Edward Buczek), Carolyn (Jim Moore), and Ruth (Bruce Pizzolato). Dear brother of June (Murray Walker), Pat (Peter Fawcett), Barb (Peter Gibbons), Mary Davis (late Tait), and Bill (deceased). Brother-in-law of Marion Stewart. Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Michelle Talent, Michael Shutka,, Cheryl Hodgkiss, Jason Hutcheson, Jessica Moore, Bob Moore, Carrie Subrizi, Jennifer Van Der Meer, Lindsey Pizzolato and great grandchildren; Aidan, Isla, Madden, Chase, Dylan, Ethan, Benjamin, Isabella, Emily, Matthew and Nolan. Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West on Tuesday, December 29th from 12:30 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 2:30 p.m. Interment Thornton Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
