Sadie was a sweet and kind neighbour for many years. A good friend to my parents, they all rang in many New Year's together. I remember the Centennial Celebration that was held on the Shea's lawn and front porch, such fun! Joanna Drive was a wonderful place to grow up and our friendships have stayed strong throughout the years. We cherish the memories. Rest in peace dear Sadie.

My Aunt Sadie was a very wonderful and special person in my life.

She loved to make others laugh; she was fun-loving and so very, very funny.

I loved her sense of humour -(second to none ) ; I have fond memories of Halloween, when Uncle Pat and Aunt Sadie's house was the first on the list for our girls to visit; it was so special and I loved you both for your support, love and caring.

I will continue to have fond memories of Halloween; the decorating was outstanding and some of her costumes !! The Tooth Fairy was one of my favourites !

Each year I bring out the handmade/painted Halloween ornaments from Aunt Sadie, and my family all know each one Aunt Sadie made ; we will always cherish these and all the memories.

Thank you for all the Shea family reunions ! I believe I speak for everyone and say it was all because of you that we got together and had such fun and stories to share, for many years.

The reunions and the good times because of you will never be forgotten , nor will you Aunt Sadie.

You will live on in our hearts forever.

Love you !

Dearest Mom,

If I had my way dear, forever there would be an excuse every week for another party! A room for of folks with some good hardy jokes, that's for me , that's for me, THATS FOR ME <3

Because I love you a bushel and a peck...Now and for always .

Many of my favourite childhood memories are compliments of my aunt Sadie. Ice skating, picnics, sleepovers, Christmas dinners, summer cottage vacations and enjoying an episode or two of Columbo.
My aunt was gifted artistically in ceramics, cake decorating, hand writing and I mustn't forget hosting some wonderful and memorable parties.
My aunt's zest for life, undying spirit and comical interludes are rare traits of a saint.....even playing in goal for Tom's hockey team!
Hard-working and so kind AND my mom's BEST friend, my aunt Sadie was a significant member of our family.
I only know this now-this incredible and angelic soul is celebrating a deserved eternity with my beloved uncle Pat, my cousin Peter, and her sister and brother.
As tears fill my eyes and heart at your departure, Saint Sadie, you own and will always, my most gracious respect, admiration and love.
Until we meet again,
Nancy

p.s. I'm sorry I never ate the potato bread you bought from Hunt's.

My sweet precious Aunt....you were always more than an Aunt to me, you were like a second mother to both Nancy and I. The tears flow like they did 7 years ago, my heart aches for your loved ones.
I know you are at peace and have been embraced by your beloved angels that have been waiting for you.
I will always treasure your contagious laugh and reflect on all of our beautiful memories.
May the Lord bless you forever......LOVE YOU Aunt Sadie
Always, Linda
