I have had the pleasure of working with Sam over the last 4 years.  He was kind and had a smile when he entered the operating suite to assist me with misbehaving machines.  He loved to chat and teach.  I will miss you my friend.

I had the pleasure of working with Sam for the last 3 1/2 years. He always had a smile, a smirk and/or a sarcastic comment that would make me laugh. Some of us remember when he would walk around with the tiny hands to try to fix the gas machines at work, lol.  He was so personable and very easy to talk to. I was very shocked to hear that he had passed.  The world has lost a good man, an extremely knowledgeable colleague and a friend. My thoughts are with his family and friends. May all the great memories of Sam make you smile. Rest easy my friend. ❤️‍🩹

I have had the immense pleasure of working with Sam over the last 20 plus years.  Sam was always friendly, helpful and ready to share a funny story or a proud Dad moment.  The Lakeridge hospital has lost a valuable colleague and the world will be less bright without his smile.  My sincere condolences to his children and siblings.  Sam was truly a good man.

I had the privilege of working with Sam for the past 16 years. Sam was outgoing, kind-hearted, and had a way of making connections with everyone he met. His love of conversation made him a familiar and well-liked presence throughout the hospital. He will be remembered fondly by so many.

I am so very sorry for the loss of your wonderful son and father and uncle and brother Sam. I worked with Sam for the last 8 years. We always laughed abd talked about our e bikes and Sam often rode past me in the street as he often came down my road. He would tease me my bike wqs slower than his. 
I am gonna miss seeing him almost everyday and knowing I could always call him to help me when the anaesthesia machines would misbehave.

Sometimes, you only meet someone a handful of times and know they are someone special.  Sam was one of those people.  I always looked forward to his visit and our chats while we worked.  He always had a big smile and stories to share and he listened attentively and thoughtfully.
