I can't believe it's been ten years, I'm a woman now and I still think about you everyday. I love you endlessly and hope to grow up to be half of the person you were. 

Ms.Cole was an unbelievably dedicated, helpful, encouraging, understanding, compassionate principal at Beau Valley P.S. (So many more words I could add here!) She was a huge influence in getting my autistic son the help he needed, over and above what the school board allowed!! She truly was an amazing person, & will be deeply missed!

As administrative colleagues of Sharyl, we extend our deepest sympathies to the Cole and Robertson families and to everyone who knew and worked with Sharyl.  We admired her commitment to her work, her ability to see the joy and humour in life, and in the many ways that she influenced those around her. We wish her family strength at this difficult time. So, so sad. What a dear and sweet soul Sharyl was. While she was principal at Beau Valley Public School she made us all family, she really cared for our kids and got involved far beyond any parent's expectations. I adored her. She was instrumental in helping our family through the death of my husband and gathered all teacher support for my children. Not only teachers but Sharyl herself would deliver meals to our home during our heartache. It really makes you think about... "Only the good die young". My love and prayers go out to Sharyl's family and keep all of those fond memories close to your heart.....they will be with you forever! Rest in Peace sweet Sharyl.

I was very saddened when I heard the news of Sharyl's passing. She was always a caring individual and would not hesitate to help someone in need. We were devastated to read of Sharyl's passing and offer her family our deepest sympathy for their loss.  We remember working with Sharyl around 1998/99 as parents in the DDSB French Immersion program (and later with her as the VP of Walter E. Harris PS).  Her passion for and dedication to the program and the children was second to none and we will never forget her contributions to our daughters' education.

Mr. and Mrs. Robertson, John, Heather and James, I am so sorry to hear about Sharyl's passing.  My earliest memory of Sharyl is her in a 'teacher' role when I was 5 years old in Mrs. Davy's kindgarten class and Sharyl was our grade 6 helper.  She was always so kind, gentle and funny with all the children and I remember crowding around her so we could talk to her.  It is suiting that she continued in the career of education.  Sharyl has touched the lives of many, including me.

I would like to express my sincere sympathy for the Roberston-Cole's families' tragic loss. It was my pleasure to have Ms. Cole as a principal for several years at Beau Valley PS.
