Terry is survived by his children, Tasha, Terry Jr., Tara, Travis, and Elicia. Grandfather to Levi, and AshLynn.
He is the son of Loreen Mowatt and the late Jack Gilbert Sr. Brother of Geneva, Barbara, Nathan, and late Jack Gilbert Jr.
Terry will also be remembered by all his nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was always a caring and thoughtful man; he stayed positive and liked to have fun. He had a love for the outdoors and a passion for working on vehicles.
A visitation will be held at the Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, Oshawa Ontario L1J 2L4 on Monday, September 15 at 12:00PM, a funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:30PM.
