Wanesa E. Barr

(January 21st, 1930 – May 23rd, 2020) Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Whitby at 90 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Reginald Thomas Barr and predeceased by first husband David Leroy Johnson. Loving mother of daughter Linda and her husband Larry, son Gary and his wife Christine, son Wayne and his wife Debbie, and son Kevin and his wife Linda. Cherished grandmother of Karen and her husband Jason, Dan, Matthew, Kasten and her husband Mark, and Tyler. Great grandmother to Kayla, Kjerstin, Nathan, Kallie, Caroline and Ainsley. Beloved stepmother and step grandmother to Tom Barr jr. and his wife Jeanne, Robin Miller and her husband Rand, and their families. She leaves behind two dear sisters; Ailene and Wilma and their families. Wanesa enjoyed a full and wonderful life and had many loved friends at Kingsway College Park Seventh-Day Adventist Church and Pioneer Home in Oshawa, Ontario. Many thanks to the nurses and staff at Lakeridge Health Whitby for their care over the past two months. A funeral service will not be held.
