

Born in Bad Wildungen, Germany on September 3, 1934 to his parents, Martha (nee Hochapfel) and Wilhelm Kloke. He was the youngest of six children, his brothers Wilhelm, Alfred and Emil, and his sisters Elfriede and Emmie.
Devoted husband for 70 years to Margarete “Gretchen” (nee Maywald). Father to Doris (Rick) Fraser, Bernie (Sheryl), Norm (Jerri) and Mike (Patti).
Grandfather to Joshua (Jessica), Sarah (Brandon), Mackenzie, Harrison, Bradley (Jonna), Mitchell, Braeden, Samuel (Amanda), Heather, Tatum.
Great grandfather to Henry, Bastian, Hazel & Elliott.
Werner had a distinguished career in the window and curtain wall industry. His roles included design, engineering, sales, marketing, management and consulting. He played a prominent role in notable projects such as the CN tower and the Eaton Centre. His business travels took him to Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
Werner lived life large and had a colourful journey. He left Germany at the age of 20 and convinced his bride-to-be to follow him a year later, making a new life together in Canada. He had wanderlust and was always on the move. He loved socializing, travel, photography, classical music, all things technical and the outdoors. He was deeply religious, generous, had a sense of humour and always had an opinion. He lived for today.
He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
