Betty A. Lang, 82, passed away Monday, July 29, 2013 at her Michigan home. She was born in Cumberland, Ohio to the late Johnny and Gertrude (Stowe) Church on June 10, 1931. She was married to the late Carl Lang. Ms. Lang was a retired bookkeeper and had worked for Lincoln National Bank in Ft. Wayne, IN and First National of Cambridge. She was a member of St. Mark Lutheran Church. She is survived by a son, Jack (Dena) Lang of Concord, MI; a daughter, Connie R. Evener of Elliston, MT; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Virginia Perkins of Fayetteville, NC; and half brothers, James Church of Pleasant City, OH, Johnny Wayne Church of Oklahoma, and Jerry Church of Pleasant City, OH. A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill Street, Ossian, Indiana 46777 with calling one hour before.Burial will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery.
