Phyllis Jean Folk, 94, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Parkview Hospital. She was born November 9, 1926 in Albion, IN, daughter of the late Nathan Reed and Edna M. (Pressler) Veazey. She worked as a homemaker and was a member of Uniontown Church of Christ. Surviving are her son, Garry (June) Folk of Fort Wayne; and sister, JoAnn Harrah of Fort Wayne. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard J. Folk; and brother, Lynn "Bud" Veazey. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, October 5, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Funeral Home, 120 West Mill Street, Ossian, Indiana 46777 with visitation one hour prior. Visitation for Phyllis will also be held Monday, October 4, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prospect Cemetery.
