Rose Elnor Kaufman, 87, passed away on July 15, 2011 in Bluffton, Indiana. Rose was born to J. C. and Edith Spade on October 3, 1923 in Branch County, Michigan. She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Max Kaufman, five sons Jerry (Patricia), Ted (Sharon), Phil (Cheryl), Dave, Bill (Jane) Kaufman and a daughter Marsha (Bob) Gemmer, eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Rose devoted her life to to her family and was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. After working as Head of Housekeeping at Caylor-Nickel Clinic, she retired in 1981.
Family and friends are invited to a celebration of her life on August 6, 2011 at the Markle Church of Christ at 10:30 AM with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. The family has requested memorials to the Laud Christian Church or Markle Church of Christ.
Burial will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens.
