Marlys June Costello Blair

Marlys J. Blair, age 73, of Othello, passed away January 20, 2014. She was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on September 8, 1940 to parents, Gladys and Vincent Costello. Marlys graduated from Lincoln High School in Seattle, Washington. She was married to Bob Blair on July 26, 1961, in Seattle, Washington. Marlys was a retired Bookkeeper for Les Schwab Tire Center in Othello, Washington. She was a member of the Buddy Andrews Children Orthopedics Guild and a member of the Pilgrim Lutheran Church. She is survived by her husband, and three children; Rockne Daniel (Karen) Blair of Lynnwood Washington, Ross Victor (Kelly) Blair of Santa Maria California, and Michelle Sophia (John) Melgren of Odessa Washington. She is also survived by her; brother, Roland V. (Pat) Costello of Camano Island Washington, and sister, Ruth Ann (Frank) Slagle of Edmonds Washington. Marlys also leaves five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews to cherish her loving memory. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, David E. Costello. Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, January 29, 2014, at the Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Othello Washington.
