Passed away at the age of 83. Cherished step-dad to Louise Currier. Cherished grandfather to Suzanne Currier, great-grandfather to Monika, Selyna, Antonyo, Exavier and Eva and great-great-grandfather to Jayden and Adrianna. Step-dad of Gérard, Ginette, Diane, Rose-Marie, Lisette and Jean-Marc, he also leaves many other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, as well as many friends, mostly from his apartment building who he was looked upon as the most gentle and caring man. He was a great chef who worked all his life until he retired. His daughter Louise and granddaughter Suzanne will sorely miss him. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday November 24, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home Chapel (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). Family will receive condolences from 10 a.m. In Memory of “Albert” donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
