Aunt to more than eighty nieces and nephews. She touched many lives with her gentle manner, kindness and thoughtfulness.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 13 at 11 a.m. at St. Leonard Parish, 5332 Long Island Road, Manotick. In lieu of flowers, donations to Chalice Canada would be appreciated.

I have had the good fortune to cross paths with Agatha during the last five decades and, on each occasion, have been touched by her spontaneous warmth, open generosity and contagious humour. My daughters Angela and Halina join me in sending John and Sonya our deepest sympathies, with the consolation that Agatha’s spirit is now where joy is eternal.

As you know, from when we attended Carleton, Agatha affected many student lives with her guidance and patience. She was with the Carleton University Students' Association for almost 30 years, so she would have had to deal with almost 200 student leaders! (including me). We have often shared stories of how wonderful Agatha was to many and what an impact she had on our organization. She will be missed and always in the heart of CUSA.

My Beloved Sister, Agatha suffered silently, but with her strong Faith, which is my mother's Legacy, she inspired us all with her Grace, Courage and Wisdom in her most difficult time. So now all the pain and suffering are all gone, and she is now resting peacefully with our Dear Mother.

Love you and will miss you greatly.

My fondest memories of my dear cousin Agatha are of her warmth, sense of humour and although she has lived abroad for so many years, never forgot her roots and had a genuine interest in family members and friends here in Trinidad. I will miss her caring, loving ways. She stood out as one of a kind and I will miss her terribly. I pray that her loved ones will be given the grace to be courageous and strong at this time. May her beautiful soul be at peace.

Our sister's faith made her strong throughout her life. She was a wise, generous and elegant woman who brought courage and acceptance to her loved ones.
