She is predeceased by her beloved husband, Alfredo Porco, and her parents, Annibale and Onorina Furelli.
Anna Maria was a loving sister to Ada Bucciarelli (the late Ottavio Bucciarelli); a caring mother to Vincenzo Porco (Tina Porco); a cherished aunt to Pasquale Furelli (Randa Furelli); a loving grandmother to Alfredo and Marina (Gabriel); an adored great-aunt to Amanda (Tarek), Ada and Stefano; and a beloved great-great-aunt to Valencia and Sicilia.
The family would like to sincerely thank St. Patrick’s Home for the care, compassion and kindness provided to Anna Maria during the last couple of years of her life while she resided there.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Wednesday, September 16, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, located at 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa.
Anna Maria will be lovingly remembered as a caring and loving person who brought warmth and kindness to her family and friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
