Predeceased by his parents Martin Maloney and Marie-Blanche Bertrand, he leaves to mourn his sister Bernadette (Léopold) Levesque, his brother Michael (Nancy) Maloney, and his sister Diana (Paul Villeneuve), along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family wishes to thank the Marochel staff for their dedication, support and care over the past 12 years, especially during the last several months.
He took great pride in his work as a cleaner at the House of Commons, where he dedicated many years of service. He truly valued the friendships and acquaintances he made throughout his career.
A Memorial service will be held at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario) on June 10 at 1:30 p.m. The family will receive condolences at the Funeral Home starting at 1:00 p.m.
