I hadn't seen Cammy for a lot of years, but we were friends back in the late 80ies and shared lots of laughs. I saw him years later at his service station, and it was a warm reunion. Always a Gent with a big smile and an even bigger heart. I'm saddened for his family to lose him at such a young age. Rest in Peace my friend

I'm very heart broken to hear this news of the loss of Cami. My condolences to his family and everyone who knew him. When I was about or 14 or 15 (he was a year younger than me) getting off the bus I would always go see him at his dad's smoke shop on St. Laurent and Montreal Rd. He was a very intimidating guy looking at him and talking to him but he had a heart of gold and was just a big teddy bear. He was always very sharp and a smart guy even back then so it doesn't surprise me of his success. Rest in peace big guy you left us too soon.

Rock fights on Westhaven.
Football mud baths at Forbes.
‘The Six’.
Rock fights and donkey races on the hillside in Kafarmishky.
“Bunting” homeruns over the “Neon” sign at Loblaws.
A sinking boat on Lac Simon.
Wrestling and ‘The Claw’.
Wrestling and more wrestling.
Football with the boys at Hillcrest High.
Never-ending jokes and insults.
A “bunch of elephants” waking up my dad.
“Put in a good word for me with my dad, Uncle Nabih.”
Endless summer days in the pool.
Trans Ams and street racing …
And more Trans Ams and street racing.
Busted up watermelons strewn across the trunk after a joy ride.
The “Viva”.
Making us laugh almost hysterically at funerals to ease the tension … so ironic on this day when you are laid to rest.

ALL OF THAT was just the early years.
How can you be gone, Cam…
So, many memories, especially the laughing. My God, how much we all laughed, how much you made us laugh. We will remember all of these things, until we meet again and laugh together once more.
