Dear Elise, Frank and I were very sorry to hear about your mother's passing.  I remember her fondly. Dear Elise and Bernard (and your Dad):

Growing up as your neighbour at 16 Island Lake - I can still see Madame Latour smiling and greeting us when we visited and I can still hear her calling out for Bernard when he was younger.

Our thoughts are with you at this very sad time. However, I know that Madame Latour's life was full of love and kindness and it is the warmth from those thoughts that will carry you forward.

I am very sorry to hear about the loss of your Mom:-( She was a very special and sweet person.  I loved looking at all of the photos - memories!  My favourite is of your Mom in her bathing suit and cap.  As a teenager, I would always watch your Mom swim her laps daily.  She was a real inspiration.
