Passed away peacefully on May 26, 2019. At the General Hospital. Cherished wife of Albert van den Ham. Adored mother of Kelly and Matthew. She also leaves her husband children Robert (Ginette) and Kimberlee (Blaine). Devoted grandmother of Morgan, Rachel, Emily, Nadia and Abbey, proud great grandmother of Leila. Fondly remembered by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends. She is predeceased by her brothers Richard and Peter. The family would like to thank the staff of the fifth floor at the General Hospital for their excellent care. A Memorial Mass will be held on June 15, 2019 at Emmanuel United Church (691 Smyth Road, Ottawa) at 11 a.m. The family will receive condolences starting at 10:30 a.m. In Memory of Mrs. van den Ham donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
