Peacefully passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at the age of 89 years. He was the son of the late Leon Ladouceur and the late Lucille Ladouceur (nee Legault) and the beloved husband of the late Lise Ladouceur (nee Mathieu). He leaves in sorrow his children; Colette Cooper, Sylvie Kemp Corbett and Anne Adamson (Randal). Adored grandfather of David, Stephanie, Jennifer, Christopher, Leo, Noah, Emma-Rose, Riley and great-grandfather of Avienda, David JR, Corbett, Skylar, Kane and Riley. He also leaves in sadness his brother Ronald Ladouceur and his sister-in-law Diane Mathieu, as well as several nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by his son Yves Ladouceur and many brothers and sisters. The family would like to say thank you to St-Louis Residence for all their amazing care provided. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). Family and friends may pay their respect from 1 p.m.
