Peacefully at Ottawa Civic Hospital, on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at the age of 32 years, surrounded by his family. Survived by his father, Doug and predeceased by his mother Margaret. He is also survived by his grandmothers Terry Chandler and Nellie Thom and his large extended family. The family will receive friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Friday, May 1, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at 10 am at St. Augustine`s Church, 1060 Baseline Road. In memoriam donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
