Helen passed away on Thursday April 18, 2019. Predeceased by her husband, Smyth O'Brien in 2000. She is survived by her children; Anne (Brian), Larry (Debbie), Patsy (Tony), and Mary Jane. Grandchildren; Jennifer (Nate), Stacey (Cam) and Owen Prosser; Casey (Laura) and Kayla O'Brien; Kelly Anne (Richard) and Joey (Meagan) Della Valle; Katie Binkowski and great grandchildren. Friends and family may pay their respects at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home 1411 Hunt Club Road at Albion Road on Monday, April 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service Tuesday at 11 am in the chapel. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Helen, please consider her special charity, The Ottawa Mission
