Isaac is survived by brother Brandon; grandmother Mariette Meagher, grandfather Leo Meagher; Uncles Denis, Richard and Philippe Meagher.
A visitation for Isaac will be held Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montreal Road, Ottawa, ON. Following the visitation will be a funeral service at 3:00 PM at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home Chapel.
