Jacqueline (Lavoie) Girard Jubinville

Elle était la fille de feu Edgar Lavoie et de feu Eugénie Lavoie et l’épouse de feu Paul Jubinville. Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants, Raymond, Danielle (Sylvain Fiset), Serge (Susan Ripley Girard) et Patrick. Ainsi que ses petits-enfants, Krystal, Brittany, Alek, Marielle, Josiane, Nicholas et ses arrière-petits-enfants, Miley, Aubert et Lionel.

Jacqueline laisse aussi, dans le deuil, son frère Jacques Lavoie (Enid Berezin Lavoie), ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces, ami(e)s, dont Gisèle Hamelin.

Elle fut précédée par son frère, Gérard, et ses sœurs, Hélène et Carole.

La famille souhaite remercier les membres du personnel du Manoir Laurier à Ottawa pour les excellents soins prodigués.

Des visites pour Jacqueline auront lieu jeudi 13 novembre 2025 de 19 h à 21 h 00 à la Maison funéraire Racine, Robert & Gauthier, 180 chemin Montréal, Ottawa, Ontario, K1L 1B4. Une messe commémorative aura lieu le lendemain, vendredi 14 novembre 2025 à 10 h 30, en la chapelle de la maison funéraire. La famille recevra les condoléances à compter de 10 h 00.

En mémoire de Jacqueline, des dons à la Société de la démence d'Ottawa et du comté de Renfrew seraient grandement appréciés.

The Girard family regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Jacqueline Girard (Lavoie), born on August 13, 1944, and who passed away on October 30, 2025, at the age of 81.

She was the daughter of the late Edgar Lavoie and the late Eugénie Lavoie, and the wife of the late Paul Jubinville. She is mourned by her children Raymond, Danielle (Sylvain Fiset), Serge (Susan Ripley Girard), and Patrick; her grandchildren Krystal, Brittany, Alek, Marielle, Josiane, Nicholas; and her great-grandchildren Miley, Aubert, and Lionel.

Jacqueline is also survived by her brother Jacques Lavoie (Enid Berezin Lavoie), as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends, including Gisèle Hamelin.

She was predeceased by her brother Gérard and her sisters Hélène and Carole.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Manoir Laurier in Ottawa for their excellent care and compassion.

Visitation for Jacqueline will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home, 180 Montréal Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1L 1B4. A memorial mass will be held the following day, Friday, November 14, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. The family will receive condolences starting at 10:00 a.m.

In memory of Jacqueline, donations to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County would be greatly appreciated.
