It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Johanne Leonard, after a short but very courageous battle with cancer. Johanne is survived by her partner, Denis Langlais; her children, Jeffery (Natasha Wolf), Patrick (Sumeyra Eryolcu), Kelsey (Dakota Grundner), Stefanie (Richard Ellens); her grandchildren, Ryder, Matthew, Benjamin, and Alev; her parents, Wayne Sr. and Claire Kearney; her siblings, Kim (Richard Racine) Kevin (Christine Corrigan) Dan (Judy Kearney) Monique(Yves), Pierrette (Willy), Roger, and André (Maryanne). Johanne was preceded in death by her mother, Carmen Vilon and her brother Wayne Jr. She will also be missed by her cherished nieces and nephews and her extended family and friends. Johanne’s resilience and determination showed us how to find courage, face challenges, and find joy in small things. We will miss her terribly. As per Johanne’s wishes, there will be no funeral service
