Joyce was a fun, supportive & loving mother to daughters Linda Cole (née Chambers), Sandra Morello (née Chambers), her granddaughters Christina Morello (Mahmoud) Lisa Morello, Angela Cole, Samantha Morello and her great granddaughters, Daliya Kayem and Suraiya Kayem.
Joyce was predeceased by her loving husband of 34 years, Sidney Franklin Chambers, brother Bob Whelan, sisters Kathleen Gray, Eileen Liboiron, Norma Lynch and Margery Strutt and her parents Bill and Gladys Whelan.
Joyce is lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and her lifelong friends of over 40-70 years: Betty and Bob Waite and Mavis Rolfe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 10th from 2-4 pm & 6-9 pm at McEvoy Shields Funeral Home and Chapel, 1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa ON. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 11th, 2021 at 1 pm in the McEvoy Shields Chapel (1411 Hunt Club Road, Ottawa ON).
