Passed away peacefully on July 31, 2018, at Centre d’accueil Champlain at the age of 80. She was the daughter of the late Alfred Lavergne and the late Yvette Robert and the wife of the late Edouard Dagenais. She leaves in sorrow her beloved daughter Diane (Michel) Thérien. Cherished grandmother of Kelly (Philip Frew). She also leaves her siblings Diane (late Marty) Ethier, Robert (Joke) Lavergne, Liane Wise, as well many nephews, nieces and friends. She was predeceased by her brother Robert (Sharon) Beauchamp and her sister Carol (Arthur) Hampton. The family would like to thank the staff of the second floor at Centre d’accueil Champlain, Dr. Duchesne and Alice Châtelain. A Memorial Mass will be held on August 7th, 2018 at 10 am at Racine Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa). The family will receive condolences starting at 9:30 am. In Memory of Mrs Dagenais donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada would be appreciated.
