With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Malcolm Young on April 19th in Ottawa. Adored husband for 67 Years of Mary Morrison. Loving father of Barbara (Glenn), Bruce (Lynda) and Scott (Sulara). Cherished and beloved grandfather.
He will be remembered for his strong sense of duty serving Canada in World War 2. He distinguished himself as devoted Rotarian receiving the coveted Paul Harris Award. He was an avid photographer, dedicated scouter all his life.
His dedication to family and his solid work ethic provided a shining example to his beloved children and grandchildren. All will remember his boundless sense of humor and unselfish contributions to the community.
A memorial service will be held at Bell’s Corner United Church, 3955 Old Richmond Road, Nepean, Ontario on Saturday May 2 at 2:00 pm.
