It has taken me some time to come to terms with the loss of my very good friend and fellow horse transporter. Not a day goes by that I don't think of Mary. I have travelled many miles with Mary over the years, as far as Nova Scotia and north to Yukon. I feel privileged to had spent that last evening and hours with Mary and her husband Haras at their home in Ottawa and will never forget the wonderful meal and hospitality. My heart goes out to the family...always in my thoughts xxx

So very shocked and sad to hear about Mary's passing. She trailered several horses for me from out west and the horses always arrived happy and healthy. She will be greatly missed and there wont be any replacing her for trailering .

My heart goes our to Mary's family. She brought my horse from Peterborough to Priddis  Alberta and when she arrived with him in perfect happy condition we chatted. Not about horses, well maybe just a tad, but she talked about her daughter. Mary was so so so proud of her. I showed her around the property we were renting at the time, and she kept saying, oh my daughter would so love this place! Mary was such a sweetheart, a true pleasure to meet. Down to earth personality as true as they come.  Well, I'm thinking she is quickly going to the fields to spend time with all the animals she has encountered and loved over her life that are also waiting for her to arrive.  A great soul and I am so very glad we had that wonderful heartfelt conversation that warm sunny summer evening in August 2010. She touched my heart so deeply with her real caring of my beloved horse, and most of all, the passion she had for her daughter above all else!

I'm very sorry for your loss.  Mary will be missed dearly in the horse community.  She always shipped my horses no matter where they needed to go.  Such a huge loss for all of us.  Such a kind and caring lady.

The world has lost a remarkable individual. Wishing strength to those all of those that are dealing with the loss. So very saddened to hear!

It is with heavy heart that I offer my condolences to Mary's family. She was a kind and caring horsewoman, and will be missed by many. I would like to thank her family, for sharing Mary with the rest of us. By allowing Mary to do what she obviously loved to do, each of us was given the opportunity to meet a rare individual.

So sad, I only met her once when she picked up my stallion to take him to his new home. What a great lady!

So sorry to learn of Mary's passing.  She delivered horses to me and for me and enjoyed her visits each time.  My sympathies to her family.

Sincerest condolences to Haras and family for the sudden loss of your much loved Wife and Mother. She was taken much too soon.....During the years that Mary and I partnered together transporting literally hundreds and hundreds of horses and ponies and various other unique creatures from coast to coast across Canada and the United States, spending an enormous number of days/weeks in the cab of our trucks together....we became close friends and shared many adventures on our travels.....I will truly miss her....Rest in Peace Mary

Omg..I cant believe it!!!
It felt like yesterday she hauled a few of my horses. Mary has been my main trusted horse trasporter for many years. This lady was so respected and loved, in so many ways. So sad to see a wonderfull lady like her taken from this earth. Prayers to you my friend..

We are so very sorry to learn of Mary's passing.  She was a wonderful caregiver when hauling our horses from Alberta to Ontario.  Condolences to the family.  May God be with you at this sad time.

Shocked, don't know what to say.  Mary was the very best, she was responsive, caring and trustworthy.  She has hauled many, many horses for us in the last few years and has always delivered on time and in excellent health.  This is a blow to family, friends and the horse community.  Rest in peace Mary we love you and all you have done for us. Never to be forgotten and always in our hearts.

My sincere condolences to Mary's family. She hauled horses for me in the past and was extremely patient and conscious of her client's feelings - she went above & beyond the call of duty. The horse community has lost another great member.

I am so shocked to hear this. I spoke to Mary Wednesday night about hauling horses - for she hauled many horses for us for many years - and I just can't believe she is gone. She did a wonderful job and took such great care of our horses: she will be very dearly missed. :( My condolences to her family.

I am sorry for your loss. Mary was both punctual and understanding, true rarities in the horse industry. She took excellent care of a pregnant mare she shipped that I sold on a long journey into northern Ontario. God bless.

I also knew Mary from transporting miniature horses from Michigan to Canada, such a great lady! She will be missed by all who knew her, So sorry for your loss

Our deepest sympathy to everyone.  Mary was a good friend who has stayed over at our farm in Southwestern Ontario, when she was trailering.  She also as made a few rough trips in bad weather to make a pick up or a delivery.  She was a real trooper.

My sincere condolences to you Haras, Myroslaya, Anna, Olia and families.  I truly cannot believe she is gone! Mary was a true friend who had the biggest heart. She had a true passion for animals especially horses. When transporting horses she treated everyone like they were her own. She will be truly missed in the transport world. I have lost a dear friend but heaven has gained an incredible angel.  Until we meet again Mary.
