Peacefully in hospital, on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at the age of 67 years. Born in St. John`s Newfoundland, Naomi was the beloved daughter of the late Samuel and Madeleine Wilansky. Loving sister of Flora (Leslie Fehler) and dear aunt of Joshua Fehler. She will be sadly missed by an aunt, many cousins and friends, especially her close friends Susan Lecorre, Martha Bates and Marilyn Oprisan, her neighbors from her time living on Wurtemburg Street and her special companion, her cat Sapphire. Naomi was a faithful member of Adath Shalom Congregation, Pen and Paper Writer`s Group and Toastmasters. A private family service was held at Jewish Memorial Gardens on Bank Street in Ottawa. The family wish to express a heartfelt thank you to Dr. Irani, for his care and kindness over the years.
