In hospital, on September 16, 2011, Patricia Jane Seguin, age 54. Precious daughter of Paul and the late Barbara (2008) Seguin. Dear sister of Paula and Paul John (Louann) Seguin, and loving aunt of Rebecca and Alanna Foy. Fondly remembered by aunt Ann Stokes, uncle Lou (Madeleine) Seguin, and by many cousins. True friend to many and especially dear to Cathy Lawson, Sandra Helms and Louise Bourgeois and their families. Pat was a dedicated and compassionate counsellor at the Elizabeth Fry Society. She loved camping, flowers, good mystery novels, crosswords and her two black Spaniels, Rugger and Jaguar, who have preceded her in death. The family gratefully declines floral tributes, but donations to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation or to the Elizabeth Fry Society would have pleased Pat. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 24 at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road). Visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a service in the chapel at 11 a.m. Such courage and love in one tiny package.
