He leaves in sorrow his beloved wife Jan Brisson-Clear, his loving step-children John (Lisa Pritchard) and Kim (Stu Gyug) and his cherished grandchildren Nathan and Brandon. He also leaves his brother John D. Clear, his mother-in-law Thérèse Brisson, his brother-in-law Roger Brisson, as well as many nephews, nieces and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Kenneth James Clear and Jeanette Harman and his sister Janet H. Barnes. As per Peter's wishes there will be no service. The family would like to thank the medical staff at the Ottawa Civic Hospital for the good care provided. In Memory of Peter, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
