Survived by his wife Luba, brother George (Lucy), children Maria (Jason), Michael (Brianne), Alexandra, and Ksenia, his mother in-law Rimma, and his grandchildren William, Emily, Julian, and Daniel. Predeceased by his parents, Fr. Michael and Mat. Taisia, and his brother Daniel.
Fr. Vasily will be at Saint Xenia Russian Orthodox Church on 2 Colchester Sq., Kanata from Friday March 31st to Monday April 3rd. Panikhida memorial services will be held Friday at 6:30 pm, Saturday at 11:30 am, and Sunday at 11:30 am. The funeral service will be held on April 3rd at 10 am. A reception will follow at the hall beside Saint Stefan Serbian Orthodox Church on Prince of Wales Drive, Nepean.
A Spring burial at Pine Grove Cemetery, Lanark, ON will be held at a later date.
