Peacefully at home on April 21, 2014, at 80 years of age. Beloved husband of the late Liliane Hanbury. Dear father of Linda (Gilles), Denise (Bob), Michel (Ylleana) and Helene (Gilles). Adored grandfather of Michael, Tina, Angela, Jason Stephen and Christine. Cherished great-grandfather of Tyler, Austin, Madison, Emma-Lynn and Jillian. Dear brother of Therese (the late Edgar), Louise, Rita (Paul) and Paul (Mina). Loving partner of Georgette Sauvé. Family will receive condolences starting at 10:30 a.m. A Memorial Service will be held on April 28, 2014 in the Chapel of Racine, Robert & Gauthier (180 Montreal Road, Ottawa) at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Parkinson's Society of Ottawa would be greatly appreciated.
