Passed away in Ottawa on Friday, June 19, 2026. Beloved wife of the late Emile Hashem. Devoted mother of the late Hisham (Adma Kiwan), late Khaled (Soraya Azam), late Ramsey (Cheri Palmer), Zeina and Rhonda (Chadi Jeshi).

Cherished grandmother of Nataly (Olivier Ragain), Emily (James Fredericks), Carly (Kristopher Lavoie), Emile, Serena, Patrick, Gracen, Emilie Hashem, and Dalia Jeshi; loving Great grandmother of Luca, Ella, Milo, Sophia, Rafael, Theo, and Lina.

Caring sister of late Khalil (Leila Abou Kalam), Salima (Late Fouad Nahra), Rachid (Zoila Perez) and Soumaya (Fares Sabbagh).

Dear aunt of Assad, Ibrahim and Olinda Habib; Hala, Rami, and Mazen Sabbagh; late Fawzi, Hashem, Emad and Arlette Hashem, all of Ottawa.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 10:00 to 11:00 am at Sts. Peter and Paul Melkite Catholic Church, 1161 North River Rd. followed by funeral service.
