Peacefully in hospital on Monday, December 26, 2022 at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of John (Predeceased) for 68 years. Loving mother of Daniel, Diane and Charles (Stephanie). Adored grandmother of Christopher, Michelle, Jodi, David, Adam, Mathew, Jessica, Patrick, William and Thomas; great-grandmother of Jena, Jessica, Marissa, Ava, Cade, Reid, Park, Tave, Henry and Theodore. Predeceased by her parents Edgar Brûlé and Bérénice Brûlé (born Cadieux) and by siblings Roy, Charlie, Cecile, Gerry, Adele, Jake and Ernest. Will be missed by siblings Rod and Jean-Louis.
The family will receive relatives and friends at McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home, 1411 Hunt Club Road (at Albion Road) on Saturday January 7, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Funeral Mass at Saint Patrick's Basilica, 220 Kent Street on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 11 AM. Interment at St. Bernard's Cemetery will be in the spring of 2023. In lieu flowers, in memoriam donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
