Son of the late Harry Foster and the late Juliette Lanoue. He will be sadly missed by his dear brothers and sister: Robert (Diane), Earl (Lorraine) and Mildred (Melvin Sullivan), his nephews and nieces: Robert & Michael Sullivan, Wayne, Tina, Cindy, Tammy and Todd Foster. He will also be missed by his great-nephews and great-nieces, especially Lily, his sunshine. The family would like to thank Harley & Rose Collison and Francisco Mendez for their care and compassion during this difficult time. As per Victor’s request, there will be no service, however family and friends are invited to a gathering, which will be held at Racine, Robert & Gauthier Funeral Home 180 Montreal Road on Friday February 1, 2019 from 1 to 3 p.m. Burial will follow at the Beechwood Cemetery.
