Oct 22, 2006- April 28, 2012
Aiden Lee Elliott-Ebersole was granted his angel wings on April 28, 2012 following a very brief and unexpected illness. We miss him greatly and our hearts are broken. Five years was not enough time for Aiden to share all the love in his heart.
Aiden was in kindergarten at Portola Elementary School and was a competitive force on his Muck Dogs T-Ball team through Montalvo Little League. Continuing with a family tradition, Aiden learned to bowl at age 1 ½ yr and by age 2 could throw a 6lb ball that was proportionally heavier then he was! Aiden loved to go golfing with his dad, Mike Ebersole and was a great racecar driver in his souped up battery powered car! All sports kept Aiden active; he loved football, soccer, hockey and just running and playing! He was so full of life and this past year was a year of “firsts” for him as he was able to experience his 1st NFL game, Major League Baseball game, professional Hockey game and a scenic helicopter ride over Ventura and the ocean. Such an accomplishment for such a short time on earth.
He truly had a passion for life and his smile would light up your heart when he saw you! Aiden loved the Beatles and after seeing “Rain” with his Grandma Shellie, Grandma Denise and sister Daisy, he could and would tell you everything you should know about the Beatles. No one could sing Beatles Rock Band like he could…”Yellow Submarine” and “Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds” were his songs to perform with his family! Beatles Rock Band and WII often brought family members together with this fun pastime. The family will forever think of Aiden when they hear the words from his favorite Taylor Swift’s Love Song ‘And my daddy said, "Stay away from Juliet”!
One of his biggest gifts in life was to be blessed with a large family to love and one that loved him immensely. Aiden was the love child of a large extended family.
Aiden is survived by his loving parents Niki Ebersole (Mike Ebersole) and Mike Elliott (Lizz Kordek) all of Oxnard; sister Daisy Miller, (Ventura), sister Autumn Johansen and brothers Michael L. Elliott Jr and Jacob Ebersole all of Oxnard; Paternal grandparents Candice Elliott (Chuck Horton) and Denise Paul-Elliott (Randall Elliott, deceased); Maternal grandparents Shellie Lavin (Ventura), Norm Lavin (Portland, Or), Allen Council (Dena Bridges) (Ventura) and Pam and Ken Ebersole (Oxnard); Uncles Ryan Council (St. Louis MO) and Harvey Jones (Tracy Jones); Aunts Kristin Brown (Erik Brown) (Quakertown, PA) and Alyssa Council (San Diego).
Aiden leaves behind many more loving family members including Maternal Great-grandparents Glen and Priscilla Council and Paternal great grandmother Marge Elliott (Albany OR). Aiden was blessed to have many aunts, uncles and cousins in his large extended family!
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Randall L. Elliott.
“A heart of gold stopped beating, two shining eyes at rest, God broke our hearts to prove, He only takes the best.” Rest in Peace, Aiden. We all love and miss you!
A memorial service will be held at Gold Coast Christian Church on Monday, May 7th at 11 am, located at 3500 East Camino Ave, Oxnard, Ca. 93030.
Arrangements under the care of Funeraria del Angel Conrad's & James Reardon.
