Concepcion Rivera Unchangco

She was married to her husband Vicente in 1957. He preceded her in death 12 years ago.

She leaves behind 3 sons Vincent, Kenneth, and Patrick; 3 grandsons, 4 granddaughters, 2 great grandsons, and many nephews and nieces.

Concepcion was a resident of Ventura county since 1968. She was a parishioner and active member of Mary Star of the Sea Church since 1972. She also participated in her grandchildren’s school fundraising activities at Saint Anthony’s school from 1989-1999.

Concepcion had many nephews and nieces and was called Auntie Chong or Nena by them. Children of her friends affectionately knew her as Grandma Connie. Concepcion’s love, smile and personality will be missed but never forgotten by all the lives she touched in her lifetime.
