Connie was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend who are now left with wonderful memories to always cherish. Connie was a beautiful person inside and out who carried such a big loving heart. Her smile, sense of humor, overall her personality will be greatly missed. Connie was one of a kind.
She is survived by daughter, Mariah Moreno; son-in-law, Raul Garcia; grandson, "Papacito" Isaiah Garcia; sisters, Rosie Aguilar and Betty Griego; brother, John Griego; her favorite cousin, Vida Nunez and Tio Lalo; and numerous aunts, nieces, cousins and friends.
Family and friends will celebrate Connie's life on Friday, May 10, 2013, from 4 to 9 p.m., and Saturday, May 11, 2013, from 9 to 11 a.m. in the Chapel at Funeraria Del Angel Conrad-Carroll., 401 W. Channel Islands Blvd, Oxnard 487-4911. Private interment is planned.
