Edgar Celi

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Edgar Celi, age 54, of Port Hueneme, California on Saturday May 3, 2014 at SJRMC, Oxnard, CA. He was born September 29, 1959 to the union of Agustin and Zenaida Celi in the Phillippines. Edgar had been a 10 year resident of Ventura County coming from Japan. He was a Material Handler (Civil Service) for 7 years. Edgar received a Bachelors of Science in civil engineering from Luzon University; Raised as a Master Mason from Rising Sun Lodge #151 in Atsugi, Japan: 2002; Served in the U.S Armed Forces Honorably for 20 years U.S.N., above all he was a Loving Husband, Father, Brother, Son and Friend.

Edgar is survived by his Parents; Agustin and Zenaida Celi, Wife; Marites Celi, Daughter, Jessica Celi., Son Edgar Celi Jr., Siblings: Joey and Family, Agnes and Family, Gina and family, Benedict and family, John and family, Honey and family

Visitation will be held Friday May 9, 2014 from 3:00p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel at Funeraria Del Angel Conrad Carroll Mortuary, 401 W. Channel Isl. Blvd, Oxnard., Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday May 10, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church, 2511 S. "C" St., Oxnard, Ca Services will conclude with Military Honors rendered by U.S.N. Honor Guard.
