It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shelby Soto, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of all who knew her. Shelby was a beacon of positivity, always seeing the best in people and situations, no matter the challenges. Her kindness and warmth were felt by everyone she met, and her open, loving nature made her a friend to all.

Shelby’s love for animals, especially dogs and horses, was one of her greatest joys in life. Her home was always filled with wagging tails and wet noses. She had a deep bond with animals and a special connection that reflected her caring soul.

Her colorful personality brought brightness to every room she entered. Shelby lived with a heart full of love, spreading joy and friendship wherever she went. She never hesitated to share a smile or lend a helping hand, and she lived by the belief that kindness was the greatest gift one could give.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Humane Society in Shelby’s name, honoring her deep love for animals and her commitment to helping those in need.

We ask that you celebrate Shelby’s life in your own special way, remembering her joy, love, and laughter she brought into the world. Shelby will be deeply missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her and in the animals she cared for so dearly.
