Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 14, 2010 from Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jerry Glover officiating. Burial will follow in Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery with Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday one hour prior to the service.
Mrs. Snell was born September 8, 1912 in Dale County, to the late Ernest J. and Mary Frances Thames Price. She was a member of Hill Crest Baptist Church.
Mrs. Snell is survived by her daughter, Ramona Monk (Jack) of Ozark; her sons, Billy D. Snell (Bobbie) of Westminister. Co. and Douglas H. Snell (Joan) of Demopolis, also four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
