Aurora Ruiz, 90, died Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Osceola Regional Medical Center in St. Cloud. Aurora was born in Moca, Puerto Rico. She lived in Melbourne, FL for about 20 years before moving to Detroit in 1997 and then moved to St. Cloud in 2007. She loved to play BINGO.
Aurora was preceded in death by her husband Pablo, her son Pablo A. Ruiz, Jr., her daughter Carmen Romero and her grandson Anthony Romero, Jr. She is survived by her daughters Iris Ojeda and Maria Sanchez. She also leaves 9 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
A celebration of Aurora’s life will be held at 2p.m. Monday June 17, 2013 at Fountainhead Memorial Funeral Home followed by committal in Fountainhead Memorial Park.
