Benedetto Patrizio was born November 16, 1929 in San Benedetto, Italy. He left for Venezuela at the tender age of 18. He worked there as a leather tanner and met his wife (Beatriz). He married, had a son (Ron) and moved back to Italy after living in Venezuela for 11 years.
After a year in Italy, they decided to move to the United States, had another son (Mario) and eventually made their way to Palm Bay, Florida in 1975. He took on a position with the Barefoot Bay staff and remained there for over 30 years. During this time, while on vacation, he travelled extensively throughout Europe and the Caribbean. He loved being surrounded by family and friends, a good meal, and a glass of wine.
He was preceded in death by his wife Beatriz of 59 years, and survived by his sons Ron, his daughter in law, Julie, his step-granddaughter India, and Mario, and daughter in law, Beverly.
The viewing will be Saturday July 7, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. with the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.at Fountainhead Funeral Home, 7359 Babcock Street SE Palm Bay, Fl 32909 entombment to follow in Fountainhead Memorial Park.
