November 1, 2016. She was born on
January 26, 1935 in Wurtland, Kentucky
to James Russell and
Alice Eleanor (Cochran) Scott.
After graduating from high school
at the age of 18, Billie went to work
for Third National Bank, eventually retiring
from the banking industry as an
Assistant Vice President.
In March of 1954 she married
Glenn Burke Justice,
who preceded her in death in 2005.
Billie is survived by her three children:
Glenn Scott Justice (Karen),
Steven Burke Justice, and Amy Genaw;
and seven grandchildren: Brandon,
Matthew, Steven, Josh, Tyler, Jennifer, Jessica.
Funeral services will be held on Friday,
November 4, 2016 at 12:00 pm in the chapel
of Fountainhead Funeral Home, Palm Bay.
