A visitation for Carmen will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Iglesia de Dios Pentecostal MI Palm Bay, 381 Thor Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida, followed by a funeral service at 10:00 AM.
Carmen will be laid to rest in Fountainhead Memorial Park, 7303 Babcock Street SE, Palm Bay, Florida.
