Elizabeth Ann Kiley, 72, of Melbourne, passed away Sunday, July 17, 2011, at home with her family at her side. She was born April 11, 1939, in New Haven, CT to William and Margaret Maloney.
Elizabeth retired from the Brevard County Sheriff's Department after 21 years of service.
She will be sadly missed by her beloved husband, James V. Kiley of 40 years; children, Jack (Sarah) Shortell, Lisa (Darren) Preece, Lauren (Ed) Silvestri and William Shortell; step children, James Kiley, Kathleen Kiley and Erin Wagner; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Friday, July 22, 2011 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Fountainhead Funeral Home, Palm Bay. A funeral Mass will be held Saturday, July 23, 2011 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. with entombment to follow at Fountainhead Memorial Park.
